Welcome to FusionPredictor. By accessing or using our website or indicators, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

FusionPredictor provides algorithmic TradingView indicators and trading tools. Access is granted via TradingView’s invite-only system upon successful payment.

2. Account Responsibility

You must provide a valid TradingView username. Incorrect usernames may delay access. If your username changes, email us at support@fusionpredictor.com.

3. Intellectual Property

All indicators, code, and logic are proprietary and remain the exclusive property of FusionPredictor. You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute access
• Copy, reverse-engineer, or recreate our scripts
• Publish the source code or logic

4. Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may manage your subscription at:

5. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

FusionPredictor does not offer refunds once TradingView access has been granted.

Refunds are issued only for:

• Duplicate charges
• Technical issues preventing access
• Charges after cancellation

7. No Financial Advice

FusionPredictor provides analysis tools only. Nothing in our indicators or website constitutes financial, trading, or investment advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

FusionPredictor is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from use of our tools. You acknowledge that all trading carries risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access for any misuse or violation of these terms.
